Joao Frade
Managing Partner
Joao Frade is a managing member of JP4Capital Group, a privately held, multifamily investment company. His background is in Project Managing cellular sites construction for various carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile & Verizon for more than 10 years. He is an immigrant entrepreneur with 3 businesses, a proud dad and husband.
He has managed various projects as a construction manager throughout the NY-NJ metro area. Responsible for operations, scope development / management, and budget maintenance. He is the owner of One Stop Quality Construction, a home improvement company for more than 4 years with a lot of expertise in home and commercial renovation projects. He became a Real Estate Agent and that’s what made him invest his time and passion for multifamily investments.
Being an immigrant can indeed be a challenging and transformative experience. Moving to a new country involves adapting to a different culture, navigating unfamiliar systems and processes, and building a new life away from the familiar surroundings of one's home country. Originally from Portugal he was always focused to thrive and succeed. While it may not always be easy, the journey often brings about significant personal growth and can have a profound impact on one's life.
Priscilla Takahashi
Managing Partner
Priscilla Takahashi is a managing member of JP4Capital Group, a privately held, multifamily investment company. She has over 10 years in accounting operations and account management experience. Quality-focused accounting professional with cross-functional competencies in all phases of accounting, payroll processing and financial analysis. Originally from Brazil, entrepreneur, mother of a beautiful son and happy wife.
Immigrating to a new country, Priscilla was exposed to diverse cultures, through language barriers, cultural differences, and the process of establishing in a new environment which she developed a strong sense of self and acquired valuable life skills. With her spirit of being an entrepreneur she became a Real Estate Agent. She found a passion in real estate due to the opportunity to work with a lot of different people with different backgrounds, different interests, different income levels, and different needs. She loves getting to know everyone.
